My eye doctor gave me a bottle of Clear Care solution when I switched to Day & Night lenses. She said it cleaned lenses better then the other no rub solutions and would help prevent eye infections from wearing my contacts for more than a day at a time.
Clear care does require 6 hours to work. It states that about 10 times on the bottle and the box. There is also a red tip on the bottle so I can't imagine why people are saying they accidentally put it directly in their eye.
I think Clear Care works quite well. My lenses seem to be in better shape at the end of the month.
I love the no rub solution. Just fill up the container, put the lenses in, and you're done. I also like this case. No more digging around in the case to try and find my lens when it's stuck to the inside of the cover slowly drying out. The case does have a small hole (for air to escape) so when filled it has to sit up right and doesn't travel well.
