When I needed a product to remove waterproof mascara, I looked to the Neutrogena line of products. I have very sensitive skin and Neutrogena is usually the product line I go for. The Neutrogena oil-free eye makeup remover is advertised to remove stubborn eye makeup, so I went for it.
It looks kind of interesting because the product is advertised as oil-free, but the liquid is separated inside the bottle like oil and water would be. You have to shake it vigorously to get the two liquids to mix and then you wipe your eye makeup off with cotton. It is gentle on my eyes and does remove even the most stubborn eye makeup with ease. It has aloe and cucumber extracts in it which I think adds to the gentleness of this eye makeup remover.
An issue I have with the Neutrogena oil-free eye makeup remover is that it leaves a residue on your eyes that needs to be washed away after. It feels greasy and if you were to go to bed with this product's residue on your eyes, it can sting when you wake up...
