One night after "American Idol"'s Top 12 sang Rolling Stones classics, Paige Miles, Tim Urban and Lacey Brown wound up in the season's first bottom three -- and one of them couldn't get no satisfaction. "One of them is worth saving," Simon Cowell said, explaining that the judges can now save a lone eliminated contestant this season, but only with a unanimous vote. Tim, who scored little sympathy from anyone following his reggae version of "Under My Thumb," was first to learn that he wouldn't be booted from "Idol" on Wednesday night. Paige, meanwhile, had impressed the judges -- but failed to blow the voters' minds -- with "Honky Tonk Women." On this evening, however, she wouldn't be "exiled on main street" either. That meant Lacey's fate was on the line. Would she have to say goodbye following her lackluster take on "Ruby Tuesday"? Or would the judges come to her emotional rescue and save her after giving her one last chance to shine a light? For her final opportunity to impress Simon and company, Lacey sang "The Story" by Brandi Carlile. "It was unanimous," Simon revealed, "and unfortunately 'no.'" Lacey was sent packing. Also on the results show, former "Idol" champ David Cook tackled the Stones' "Jumpin' Jack Flash," Orianthi sang "According to You," and Ke$ha performed "Bla Bla Bla."
