I got Mirena in August 08, I had gastric bypass in May 08 and wanted something that was very effective at preventing pregnancy. After reading many reviews and talking to some friends who had Mirena, I thought Mirena was going to be awesome. For me it definitely prevented pregnancy because sex was so painful my hubby and I seldom engaged in it. I had terrible mood swings and althoguh I didn't gain weight, I didn't lose any either despite strict dieting. Now don't get me wrong, there was one good thing out of it, I stopped getting my period. But for me the cons definitely outweighed the pros. It started taking a toll on my marriage as my hubby and I couldn't be together. Maybe too much information but I always stayed dry as well. Finally one day I decided I had had enough and mirena was NOT right for me so I had Mirena removed and it was the best decision I could have made. I am so happy I had it removed!

Crest Extra White Plus Scope Mint Splash Toothpaste has a name that is entirely too long, but other than that it is an excellent product. I love using this toothpaste before I go to bed, in the mornings, after I eat, or even when I just want to freshen up my mouth. I can feel it working when I brush with it. This Acai Cleanse is definitely not worth the cost. It boasts that it will make you feel more energized, cleanse your body of harmful toxins, and even help you lose a few extra pounds. I did not see any of these benefits during the time I was taking the Acai Cleanse pills. I have been more tired than ever, sleeping more yet still having to pull my tired body out of bed. I've also had indigestion and heart burn a lot more since starting this cleanse. It has made me exhausted and uncomfortable - I would definitely not recommend it to anyone. As for losing some extra pounds... I didn't put much stock in it to begin with as I was taking the pills mainly for the increased energy and detoxification, but just so you know before you buy them, I did not lose a single ounce. It is wise to look at all of the ingredients in a product before purchasing it, and the one good thing I can say about this product is that it has some great ingredients. Doesn't taste as good as it used to when the company's founder was alive. It's been reformulated using inferior fillers that are catagorically used and specified for use in solid nutritional bar manufacturing. So, i just know that there are much better alternatives to Spark, from an ingredient, efficacy and purity perspective. Oh btw, the B's vitamins are not "natural" they are sythesized, and the sugar free claim is weak since 95% of the product is maltodextrin. Google "dextrose equivalent" and you'll see.
A maltodextrin is a short chain of molecularly linked dextrose (glucose) molecules, and is manufactured by regulating the hydrolysis of starch. Typical commercial maltodextrins contain as few as three and as many as nineteen linked dextrose units. being that Spark is 95% maltodextrin how is it that a claim of sugar free can be made??
