I purchased the Arbonne Clear Advantage System kit from my sister-in-law, who is an Arbonne Consultant, after she claimed that those products worked on her in less than 12 hours. She also bragged about the success of this multi-million company and how it transforms the lives of many individual distributors. To satisfy my curiousity, I even went out with her to one of her Arbonne meetings and I was introduced to her Regional Vice President that drives a company Mercedes Benz.. I've learned from their presentation that the success of their business primarily depends on how many people one can recruit to become consultants and not really on how well their products work on the consumers. Interesting huh? Moving on, I decided to try those products for myself before I sign up as a consultant simply because I didn't want to sell something that don't stand up for what they claim to be. I was looking a cheaper alternative to Wen, when I found this product. I've never tried Wen, so I cannot compare the 2. I've been using the Hair One for color treated hair now for a week. So far I'm very pleased. On day one, I could feel the menthol in the product on my scalp, but after that I've noticed that warm cooling feeling that menthol has. The first few days I didn't use it as a leave conditioner and the results were okay, but I may have gotten the wrong formula, my hair is pretty dry and damaged from bleaching and from using irons on it. My hair felt clean, but was still dry with fly aways. On day 4 I started using as a leave in conditioner too. The results are 10 times better. My hair doesn't feel dry, nor do I have any fly aways. My hair has body and is easily managed now. I think I've only used the flat iron on it once and that was just to polish off my look. I don't have any problems with it feeling like its building up which was a concern I had. Also, I've noticed...

I had seen this product line advertised on infomercials for years before actually trying it. My hair has been growing out to a longer length from a bob and I was having a lot of trouble de-tangling it after showers. This was the only reason that I rationalized spending a bit more for this particular shampoo and conditioner set.

Actually, I really like the smell of this, but the directions recommend to rinse with cold water. Since I wash my hair in the shower, this is just not going to happen. I use this in the shower at the regular warm-hot temperature and it works ok. I haven't seen a problem with it.

It is a bit price-y for what I typically pay. I could tell a difference in my hair the first time I used it, but then haven't really felt that it was that dramatic of a difference to keep ordering this product line.

They have a corner on the scent. It is really a beautiful, light minty smell. It feels slightly invigorating, but not over the top.
