erahn says “A zyrtec a day keeps sinus problems away” about Zyrtec Cetirizine Hydrochloride 10mg Tablets

For me, Cetirizine is WAY more effective than loratidine (Claritin) and is slightly more sedating. Therefore I usually have patients take it after dinner time - but it is not highly sedating and some people don't even notice it.  Helpful hint: this drug is most effective about 12-16 hours after you take it. (That's why I take it at night before I go to bed.) Also, if you skip a dose, take it ASAP. Otherwise, your body will build up a type of tolerance to it and it will lose its effectiveness.  Take it every, every day.  It has pretty much stopped my sinus problems, and allergic reactions.  I have even been told it can be okay to take an extra one in the morning if you were exposed to something that produced histamine in your body.  In comparison to other allergy medications (including getting allergy shots for several years), Zyrtec and its' generic partners are highly effective, reasonably priced, and now an over the counter medication.  This product consistently is equally as effective...

erahn says “Use step one give Step 2 and 3 away” about Proactiv Proactiv 3-Step Acne Treatment System

If you have had serious acne problms in the past, and nothing else works, I bet the solution to your acne concerns is PROACTIV. I never thought it would work because of all the stupid celebrities that endorse it. I didn't understand how these 3 steps would help my acne. But they do, they really do if you are someone who has really had horrible cystic acne, clogged pores, etc.  Let me explain to you what is in each step and why I only really use step 1.  Step 1 is a benzac wash.  My skin really responds to benzac treatments well, but most benzac treatments do not have that "scrub" component.  I very much like the scrub aspect of Step 1.  I use Step 1 regularly and it is the best preventive thing (besides not eating junk food) I have found for my acne.  Step 2 is a witch hazel cleanser...which is non alcoholic and if you need to "strip" your face of additional extra oil you will love it.  Step 3 (repairing lotion) is the disappointment of the group...instead of having a Differin or...

erahn says “Good when my face feels oily – but beware of the salysilic acid!” about Biore Biore Pore Unclogging Scrub

This product is really great for sensitive skin! I'm  easily irritated by skincare products. Some products will work for me for a week and then stop working. A few months ago I was having constant breakouts and couldn't figure out why my skin was so irritated. I began a new skincare regimen and totally stopped using lotions and tissues with lotion in them. I also began washing my face every night with the Biore Pore Unclogging Scrub. I rinse my face with lukewarm water, lather on the scrub for about a minute, and then leave it on my face for 5-10 minutes before rinsing it off. Within a week I began seeing a change- my skin wasn't breaking out in a big embarrassing way. I really think the key is leaving the scrub on for a while, it dries on your face into a light film and feels kinda tingly. I still get the occasional blemish, but not anything like before. In the morning I use Cetaphil Daily Facial cleanser. It's winter and my face is usually super dry and cracking, but not with my new...
